With this approach, what an investor does is that he or she buys a stock and hold even if its prices are going down, because follower of fundamentals is confident about the strength of the business of that company. Accurate identification of a likely breakout either up or down on the basis of pattern formation on the charts for any stock or INDEX is a skill of an experienced analyst. In the above (60 minutes) graphical example, you can see that at 1500+ level there is a trend line breakout and a signal to Buy NIFTY was generated which took the NIFTY as high as 1560+ in just two and half hours on Friday the 21st May 2004.

On Monday the 24th May, NIFTY further appreciated and at 1.00 PM it was quoting at around 1608. Our clients earned handsomely on this Long call sent via SMS on 21st May.

27/05/04

It was further identified on 26/05/04 that the corrective rally has formed a Terminal Impulse as shown above from 1435-1626. On the basis of the rule of this pattern that entire terminal will get retraced in half of the time period consumed by such terminal.

We provided a sell call to our clients at 1590/1600 level on 27/05/04 asking them to hold the position to avail of the maximum gains which we were confident about. By 28/05/04 NIFTY came down to 1505 and our clients again earned handsomely.
